How to make this delicious salad:
-handful of kale ripped up without the stems
-handful of mixed greens
-small palmful of alfalfa spouts
-small handful of basil roughly chopped
-half an avocado cubed
-four small bite size tomatoes quartered
-a whole or half slice red onion chopped finely
-extra virgin olive oil
-celtic sea salt
-half a lemon more or less
-small handful of raw hemp seeds
